Delivery cost:

Standard Delivery: £5.99 Orders dispatched next business day, allow 2 - 3 days for delivery. (Minimum Order Value £10.00)

Next Day Delivery: £10.95 Orders dispatched next business day, delivered by 4pm the following business day. (Minimum Order Value £10.00)

How much is delivery? Delivery within the United Kingdom, excluding the Highlands and Northern Ireland, is as stated above.

Please phone us on +44 (0) 1824 705832  if you would like to find out a price for having an order delivered to the Highlands or Northern Ireland.

When will I receive my order? We will normally despatch your order within 1 business day. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen products within the selected delivery option.

Please note: from the 19th December until the 7th January we're closed for Christmas. If you place an order within this time, we'll process it as quickly as possible when we're back in on the 7th January.

We  endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Where do you deliver to? We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Do you deliver overseas? We can deliver overseas, however, please be advised that the delivery charge will be more than the stated UK delivery cost. Please phone us on +44 (0) 1824 705832  if you would like to find out a price for having an order delivered outside the United Kingdom.

Returns information What happens if I need to return a product? It doesn't happen very often but if any product reaches you in less than perfect condition or we've sent you the wrong product, please just call us on +44 (0) 1824 705832  to arrange a replacement. If you would prefer a refund, simply let us know. We'll refund the full cost of the jar which were damaged back onto the card with which you paid.
